吴怀广，1998年毕业于洛阳理工学院工业电气自动化专业，2007年浙江师范大学计算机学院计算机软件与理论专业研究生毕业获硕士学位，2011年武汉大学计算机学院计算机软件与理论专业软件工程方向研究生毕业获博士学位。2011年6月至今在郑州轻工业学院计算机与通信工程学院从事教学科研工作。2013年4月进入北京大学信息科学技术学院博士后工作站从事信息物理系统(CPS)基础理论研究
