Three pieces of art works designed by teachers and students fromthe School of Art andDesignof ZZULI have been honored in2015 Lexus Design Award.The works include:Air Protection Coverby Cui Xiaofei, a teacher fromtheSchool of Art and Design,Music DecelerationBumpandHear Rainby Yang Lei, Zhou Jiajun and a teamheaded by Li Chengyong, guided by teachers Cui Xiaofei and Qu Xinbo.

This year the competition received 1,171 applications from 72 countries, all answering to the theme of “Senses” which brought forth a variety of wonderfully original ideas.

Lexus Design Award is initiated by the world-famous Italian design magazine and websiteDesignboomin 2012, aiming to provide a platform for the creative designers. Teachers and students have been honored 9 times in this world renowned competition.
