Recently,theAnnouncement of the First Batch of Recognized Sci-Tech Achievements Transformation and Technology Transfer Bases of Higher Education Institutions in Henan Provincewas jointly issued by the Education Department, the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Henan Province. ZZULI was listed in the First Batch of Sci-Tech Achievements Transformation and Technology Transfer Bases of Higher Education Institutions in Henan Province.
Before the announcement, with the great attention and support from the leadership of ZZULI, a sci-tech achievements transformation and technology transfer system featured by“one center, three sites, and multiple carriers” wasestablished and widely applied in Dongfeng Campus, Kexue Campus, and Yuzhou Campus, as well as mature incubation carriers, including ZZULI Research Institute of Industrial Technology, ZZULI Research Institute of Jun Ware Industrial Technology, ZZULI Research Institute of Tobacco Industrial Technology, National-level Makerspace, and the National University Science Park of Henan Province for performing pilot-scale experimental verification, greatly promoting the transformation and transfer of sci-tech achievements of ZZULI. This batch of Sci-tech achievements transfer and technology transfer bases were recognized after the completion of the declaration by all colleges and universities within the province, online review, video presentation, field investigation, online reply, and other procedures. Our endeavors in the construction of the Sci-tech achievements transformation and technology transfer base were highly regarded by the review experts.
The approval of ZZULI’sSci-tech achievements transformation and technology transfer basewill further facilitate theSci-tech achievements transformation and technology transfer of the university, and enhance the quality ofSci-tech achievements transformation. In the subsequent development of the base, we will focus on the “collection, selection, appreciation, evaluation and transaction ofSci-tech achievements”. Furthermore, we will continue to boost the supply quality and efficiency of theSci-tech achievements, improve theSci-tech contribution rate of ZZULI to the economic and social development of Henan, increase the output level inSci-tech achievements, raise the revenue generated bySci-tech achievements andSci-tech staff, and promote the popularity of theSci-tech achievements transformation and technology transfer service brand. We aim to become the regional hub for innovation resources and technological elements, eventually laying a solid foundation for developing into a national-level professional institution for technology transfer.
