A method for determination of heterocyclic aromatic amines in vinegar by ionic liquid aqueous two-phase extraction coupled with UPLC

  • 摘要:通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了一种离子液体双水相体系的最佳萃取条件,与高效液相色谱(UPLC)技术相结合,建立了一种检测食醋中杂环胺(HAAs)类物质Harman和Norharmane的方法。结果表明,最佳萃取条件为选用[C 6MIM]Br-K 2HPO 4离子液体双水相体系,[C 6MIM]Br用量200 μL,K 2HPO 4用量0.5 g,pH值10,超声时间3 min;在此条件下,Harman和Norharmane的线性范围均为10.0~400.0 μg/mL,相关系数 R 2均为0.999 5, LODs分别为0.50 μg/mL和0.45 μg/mL,精密度、重复性和回收率均良好,即该方法适用于检测食醋中的Harman和Norharmane。
